Join us at Ivy Chapel UCC on Saturday, October 3 from 3pm to 5pm for a special drive-thru Blessing of the Pets. We invite you to bring your pets for an individual blessing from the safety and comfort of your personal vehicle. Simply drive up! Animal-friendly pets of all shapes, sizes, and species are welcome. Please bring a photo of pets who are more comfortable at home so they too can receive a blessing.
There is no charge for this event. If you wish to donate, Ivy Chapel will receive dog or cat food, litter, toys, collars and leashes on behalf of Bi-State Pet Food Pantry. For more information or to donate directly, click here: https://bi-statepetfoodpantry.org
After the Pet Blessing, stay for our Annual Fall BBQ from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. Indoor seating is available in our Fellowship Hall. Outdoor seating is available at the Eric Moody Memorial Pavilion. Menu will include hamburgers, bratwurst, potato salad, chips, baked beans and other picnic goodies. Cost is $10 for adults, $5 for child’s hot dog plate. Tickets are available at the door.
