Facility Rentals
Host Your Next Event at Ivy Chapel
Ivy Chapel United Church of Christ is an Open and Affirming congregation and building. We do not discriminate against people, groups or organizations — our rentals are based on the availability of the space. Our facility is easily accessed from our flat parking lot directly off of North Woods Mill Road, with 68 paved spaces and an additional 30-car gravel lot.

Fellowship Hall
Our largest rental space, Fellowship Hall can host up to 99 people in a variety of configurations — from sit-down dinners to square dancing evenings to martial arts training.
The adjacent kitchen and serving items (plates, utensils, glasses, coffee service) can also be rented for your event.
Starting at $40/hour · 2 hour minimum
Multi-purpose Room
A more intimate setting, the multi-purpose room comfortably holds up to 25 people in lecture-style seating or at conference tables. Ideal for meetings, small classes, or workshops.
Starting at $25/hour · Extra fee for piano usage
Outdoor Pavilion
Take advantage of our beautiful side yard with plenty of room for lawn games, Easter egg hunts, or volleyball — the poles are ready and waiting. BBQ grills are available to rent as well (fuel not included).
For a small additional fee ($5/hour), your group can also access the indoor restrooms.
Starting at $25/hour
Pricing & Availability
One-time rentals range from $25–$60/hour. Ongoing rentals from $20–$60/hour. Please inquire for non-profit rates. All rentals require a separate contract with our Event Coordinator, with fees starting at $35 based on the length of the event.
